Hi! My name is Jenny Sacco.

Best described as an organized, curious minded, creative, helper.

I live in West Tacoma, WA with my wonderful FireFighter/Paramedic husband and two fluffy mini Austrailian Shepards.

I've worn a variety of hats throughout my lifetime: 9 years of Private Banking at Merrill Lynch, "little ripper" snowboarding instructor at Mount Bachelor, Assistant Teacher at a wonderful Montessori school in Bellevue, WA, and operations at the only hostel in Bend, OR.

In 2017, I walked 900km across the country of Spain over the span of 45 days. Link of "The Way": The Camino De Santiago

Since 2019, I've proudly served my community as a Fire Dispatcher for Pierce County.

As of May 2022, I completed a web development/coding bootcamp through the University of Washington. I designed and built this website that you are reading through right now.

My cleaning adventures offically began in Dec 2021. I now own and operate this small cleaning business named Forrest Green Cleaning, LLC and I'm having so much fun. My client base consists of monthly and bi-weekly bookings and I still have a few spots open for regular cleans. I am always accepting inquiries for one off jobs like move-outs, RVs, pre/post party cleans, etc.

No job is too big or too small. The challenge of finding new ways to be more efficient excites me. I've always wanted to work with my hands and feel so lucky to be able to connect my passion and my work!

When I am not cleaning your house, RV, closet or buzzing around town, you can find me out walking our dogs, reading a good book, or driving my husband crazy by reorganizing another cabinet.

My promise: To respect your home and treat it like my own

My "barefoot goal": When I leave your house, my goal is that you can joyfully dance around in barefeet

Call, text or email me anytime. If I don't answer I will get back to you as soon as possible

I will not compromise quality over quantity. My business model is small but effective, and it's just me!

What's Included

  • I bring all my own cleaning products
  • Two of my own vacuums (Not to worry - the carpet vacuum has a hepa filter and I disinfect them between each job)
  • I take away any garbage I make - i.e. papertowels, dusters, etc...
  • The exciting stuff: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, shining up the outsides of your appliances
  • More exciting stuff: all flat surfaces wiped down, baseboards, bathrooms disinfected and looking beautiful
  • My go-to is a mix of powdered Tide/bleach in hot water - it is amazing for degreasing and disinfecting. It wipes greasy fingerpints off of walls like butter. Shout out: Bleach Pray Love
  • If you are sensitive to any cleaning products or scents please let me know - it's part of my questionnaire
  • I also offer an "ECO Green Clean" that is all natural. It's odorless, safe and effective : Branch Basics

My Process

  • After filling out a quick questionnaire or a site walk through in person I will provide you with a quote
  • I base my quotes on the size of your house and Cinderella Cleanliness Scale
  • We'll get you on the books!
  • First time cleans always take the longest. I am getting down the flow of your home, office, or RV and cleaning it to my baseline
  • You decide how often you want me to visit
  • Depending on my frequency, I will still cover all of the basics but will then also start a rotational on certain items like your kitchen cabinets, ceiling fans, bathroom fans, etc.
  • It's as simple and as easy as that

Pricing

Home Cleaning $40/hour

RV Cleaning $40/hour

Pre/Post Party Cleaning $45/hour

Small Business Cleaning $45/hour

Moveout Cleaning* $50/hour


One time charges:

  • First time cleaning fee: $40 (one-time, in addition to hourly)
  • "Eco Green Clean": $20/service
  • Oven deep clean: $80
  • Fridge deep clean: $50
  • Outside windows/screens clean (1st story only): $40/hour
  • *Move-out cleans include a deep clean of your oven and fridge, as well as wiping out cabinets/drawers and the other basics like vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc. The only thing I do not offer is carpet shampooing

Every home is unique

As an example: a 2,000 sqft home, 3bed/2bath, family of 2 with 2 cats - Shrek has not made his home in their bathtub but their vacuum is gathering dust

Estimate for first time clean: 7 hours = $280 + $40 initial cleaning fee = $320

Monthly cleans going forward vary between: 5-6 hours = $200-$240

Bi-weekly cleans would vary between: 3-3.5 hours = $120-$140

From the start, Jenny was prompt and professional for our home walkthrough, she listened very well as I explained what we needed. A quote was provided swiftly via email, with some information about her company. I have a crazy work schedule and she was able to fit me in! She showed up on time, and got to work promptly ensuring our home was cleaned properly right down to the outside of the garbage cans!!! She worked hard to ensure everything was top notch. The work was professional, and the extra details and effort put into the work really touched us. I enjoyed the experience. After each cleaning Jenny personally follows up to ask how everything went. Hiring Jenny for monthly cleaning was one of the best decisions I have made. She is professional, kind, very thorough, and considerate of my privacy with cleaning skills that are top notch! My elderly mother lives with me, and Jenny is so sweet with her and her dog while doing her work. She is extremely careful when cleaning and organizing my belongings, and even asked if there were any special instructions or items that were sentimental to me. The products she uses leaves my house smelling and feeling so fresh and clean when I get home! I highly recommend Jenny for any of your cleaning and organizing needs. On a scale of 1-10 I give her a 20!
